Dr. Shafi G. Mohamed is a surgical oncologist with a focus in thoracic oncology at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. He received his medical degree from Stanley Medical College, Chennai. He also completed a residency in general surgery at Easton Hospital in Easton, Pennsylvania, and a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
