One of the newest members of the Baton Rouge Clinic family of physicians is Dr. Kevin Katzenmeyer, a native of nearby Denham Springs. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS, he elected to attend the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport where he gained his M.D. in 1997. Traveling further westward, Dr. Katzenmeyer finished his intern year in General Surgery in 1998 before completing his Otolaryngology residency in 2002 at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He is board certified through the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society during his junior year of medical school and served as President his senior year. He still remains an active member of AOA. Dr. Katzenmeyer is also a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society.
