Dr. Halliburton was born in Jackson, MS. He received his bachelor's degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Prior to joining Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group in 1995, Dr. Halliburton practiced medicine in Quantico, VA, and Memphis, TN. He is board certified in internal medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Halliburton provides both primary care and preventative care services. He has extensive experience and expertise in managing hypertension, type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
